A cool shot from Colin who caught the Coastguard doing some training at Raglan - the shot above shows them charing into the beach in a good size 1.5m swell, according to Colin they did a few runs each spectacular.

Saw these guys out last winter in 2-3mtr onshore at 20 knts (this photo looks soft). Boating looked suicidal and these guys seamanship was amazing - playing in it basically, navigating into holes to wait out sets, traversing the entire bar North and South of the entrance. As a surfer was amazed, the boat (Cat)is obviously awesome also.
